SUMMARY:Picnic in the Park with the Phoebus Quartet
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nJoin us as we celebrate the launch of Chamber Music Charleston’s Youth Chamber Music Initiative with a special debut performance by the Pheobus Quartet.   Bring your own chairs or reserve a picnic table – and be sure to pack a picnic if you’d like.  We will provide the dessert! \nPlease plan to arrive any time after 5:30 p.m. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. and last approximately 45 minutes. \nMasks are required unless seated in your chair and while eating or drinking. \nReservations are required and space is extremely limited – don’t wait to reserve your space!\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nClick HERE to reserve your space.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease use the link above to reserve your space.  This event is free of charge\, although there is a $2 per person fee to enter the park.   A limited number of picnic tables are available to reserve. \nWe request that you have a group of 3-6 to request a picnic table \nWe recommend bringing your own comfortable folding chair to this performance.  If you do not have a chair to bring\, you are welcome to reserve one of CMC’s lightweight black folding chairs \nPROGRAM\nCharlton Singleton: Testimony (2020) \nGiacomo Puccini : Crisantemi\, for string quartet (1890)  \nFranz Joseph Haydn Quartet No. 62 in C major\, Op. 76\, No. 3\, Emperor (1797) \n~ \nElaina Gable\, violin; Simran Mehta\, violin \nYosef Chang\, viola; Peter O’Malley\, cello \n\n\n\n\n
