From family concerts to intimate House Concerts, the options to experience the magic and excitement of live classical music are numerous.
September launches with a trio of performances to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Audiences can join in a celebration of Hispanic food, music, and culture at the family-friendly “Fiesta on the Square” in Summerville on September 15 or experience an innovative program of music combining original Argentinian bandoneon music with traditional chamber music on September 17 at Sottile Theatre. For the youngest of audiences, a special Classical Kids Concert telling the story of the 19th Century Venezuelan piano prodigy Teresa Carreño will take place at 11am on September 16 at Sottile Theatre.
