We are excited to share with you our 2023-2024 season! We are returning to all of our favorite venues – from the Dock Street Theatre and Sottile Theatre to South Carolina Society Hall and an array of historic homes in downtown Charleston. We are also exploring new venues, like the West Ashley Theater Center.

You will notice some exciting changes: we move our Ovation Series back to the historic Dock Street Theatre as we launch the new “Sottile Series,” welcoming award-winning guest artists who have performed across the globe and on such acclaimed stages as Carnegie Hall and Wigmore Hall.

We also launch an innovative new series at West Ashley Theater Center’s Pearl Theater: Chamber Music at the Pearl. This series places works by American composers alongside the European composers who influenced them with entertaining commentary and insights provided by the performing musicians. With food and beverages available to purchase, this is sure to be a fun way to spend a Friday evening!

I hope you enjoy looking through the season below and exploring all the wonderful music we have ahead of us – and I look forward to seeing you in the audience!

A couple of special notes about the House Concert series: concert locations are not listed in the official booklet but will be posted online at chambermusiccharleston.org shortly, and will also appear on physical tickets.
